Wale is one of the best physical fitness trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Not only are his prices affordable and schedule accommodating, but Wale's ability to tailor his training program to my fitness goals were unparalleled. I had an ambitious plan that I was trying to meet -- being able to do thirty military style push-ups, fifty sit-ups in less than a minute, at least five pull-ups and running an eight-minute mile -- all within a very short time frame of only two months. I am not naturally built with this kind of core and upper body strength; however, through Wale's weekly regimens focused on my specific needs I was able to develop the muscle strength to achieve my fitness goals. I ran my first half marathon in May and can still throw-down against my husband in a push-up challenge any day thanks to Wale!

I have been a client of Omowale now for almost a year, and I intend to remain one as long as possible. As a trainer, he manages to consistently advance his clients’ physical, mental, and nutritional well-being. I can always rest assured that I will be pushed to my limits and slightly beyond, while also having my thoughts and mentality respected and taken into consideration each and every session. In addition to this rigor and consideration he brings, one can rest assured that he remains a flexible trainer and will work to accommodate you at times if possible. All in all, this is an amazing individual who takes his job very seriously in terms of helping clients meet their goals, and as such he becomes an integral part in the lives of those he works with. Thus far the biggest physical change I’ve experienced is that of having more definition and more sustainable stamina than prior to my trainings ; while mentally, I can say that I’m more engaged with and aware of my body and just how much of a job it is to take care of oneself. The body and the mind have to work as a team, neither can have more influence over the other, since this only delays results and expectations. It took me an extremely long time to realize this and begin to make the appropriate changes Omowale suggested, however, once I did I saw an improvement in my trainings which both surprised me and expedited my progress towards my fitness goal.– Eric M.
